I included a Pay On Site option using the Check/Money Order Gateway. But I’d like for attendees to be able to use PayPal once they arrive to the event using a kiosk we’ll have available.

What configuration do I need specifically to have attendees access their registration and change their Payment option at the event? Thanks!

Hi,

If you have the setting “Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?” turned to Yes, then an attendee can click through the link in their email ( View Your Payment Details.) and be able to make a payment.

Personally I would probably set up a custom page for the staff with a single field that they can add the users registration ID in and it take them to that page

http://www.YOURSITEURL.com/thank-you/?r_id=the_registration_id

but it depends on your set up. Change UTORSITEURL.com and the_registration_id as appropriate
