I’m trying to wrap my head around the recently acquired R&P Pro. I think I figured it out, but I wanted to make sure.
If Regional Manager A creates an event using a Venue within Region B, then Regional Manager B will be Regional Manger A’s Regional Manager. I know that’s confusing, but if it’s correct then I understand the hierarchy.
Regional Manager is someone that can help admin only the events at venues within their region. They can also admin their own created events even if their event is held at a venue outside their region.
Have you set up the regions/locales and added them to venues?
The regional managers wouldn’t be managers of the regional managers. They would have the same access to the events, but not other events in the region. So, they are basically assistants to the regional manager. :)
Regional Manager A administers/assists Venues 1,2,and 3
Regional Manager B administers/assists Venues 7,8,and 9
If Regional Manager A creates an event using Venue 9 then both Regional Managers have the same access and can administer/assist with the particular event.
I realize now that administer likely isn’t the best term for this example.
