This might be a totally random DUH question… (I’ve been known to ask questions in that class :-))I have paid for, and have the REM active in my website, but there is no trace of it on my Account. I have purchased it on 17/09/2011 but its nowhere on my profile? It still works when creating recurring events. I’m confused… Should I be confused? Help?
Do I need to renew this licence as well every year?

Liz

Hi Liz,

I recommend anyone missing add-ons to fill out an update request form: http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/update-request/

The version you have now should continue to work, but someone will get your account updated.

The licenses are good for 12 months, so in order to continue to receive support and updates after September 15 of 2012, you’ll need to renew.
