Hello,

You guys recently suggested a slider that played well with EE (Meteor Slides).  I have tried it but it really has no bells or whistles.  I’d like to find a slider that at least re-sizes your pics for you.

Any additional recommendations of sliders that work well with EE?

Hi there,

Meteor slides is the only one that I’ve used and feel comfortable recommending. I can imagine that there are other good slider plugins out there. One might be this one from IvyCat:

Ivycat is one of the Event Espresso recommended developers.

The important thing to look for when choosing a plugin that uses jQuery (like so many slider plugins do) is look for plugins that use the built-in jQuery library that is included with WordPress.

A quick look through a plugins support forum will indicate whether it’s causing conflicts with other plugins too.

Here’s a possible starting point for your search for a slider that checks all the boxes you need checking:
