Hi there

I have purchased event espresso and am looking for a compatible WP theme to go with the toolset, for a single large conference with multiple tracks. Any recommendations of a really good theme to go with Event Espresso?

Hi Derek,

You could check out this recommended themes

It’s not extensive, and the themes were chosen on the basis that they didnt break with Event Espresso.

Theme selection is always a highly personal choice and difficult to advise on.

My personal (not Event Espressos opinion) is to try and get a premium paid for theme as they generally offer better support and are updated quicker.

Thank you, really appreciated. I spent money on a couple of conference themes from themeforest but they conflicted heavily with eventespresso . . will try some of these

Sorry I wasn’t able to get back to you. Been crazy busy lately. Our email in-boxes are overflowing, these forums are the best way to get a quick answer.

As Dean said, “it is always a highly personal choice and difficult to advise on.” However we are working on a new theme specifically for Event Espresso. It is almost ready for prime time if you would like to take it for a spin?

Hey Dean – Im going to hold off the theme as it’s not quite ready for prime time yet . . but it looks awesome. If you look at the pressevent theme this will give you some ideas to consider in the eventespresso theme.

Have you considered putting the eventespresso conference theme into the “sponsor our development” section?

I will certainly pass this info onto the dev and get him to have a look at that theme for inspiration.
