I currently have my events set up so that someone doesn’t have to pay as soon as they register for one of my events. Is there a way for me to receive an email notification if someone hasn’t paid so I can follow up with them?

Hi,

You can set the option “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” to Yes in the General settings. This will send an email to the user as well, but will also generate the admin email.

I’ll add a feature request to see if admin emails can be sent regardless of payment status in 4.0
