Hello,

I have had a complaint from a user that they are unable to get past the recaptcha when registering from an iPad.  I also noticed that the recaptcha field is not even showing up at all in Firefox, but seems to be working well in IE, Chrome and Opera.

Any Suggestions?

Hi Mdowdall,

I checked on the iPad and Firefox and ReCaptcha is working when I tested it on your site.

One thing to remember about reCaptcha: It will not appear if you are logged into your site. Logged in users are verified, so ReCaptcha is not needed.

Thanks for the quick response.
That makes sense for FireFox….seems obvious now!
As for the iPad issue, I will just assume that the lady needs her reading glasses on and write it off as a user error, but will keep you posted if there are any additional complaints.
Thanks again,
Danielle
