Rearrange order of content on event page

Where can I find the file to rearrange the order of content on an event details page. I’d like to move the “Upcoming Date(s) and Time(s)” section up above the “Ticket Options” section, just below “Event Details”.

You could do this by creating a new template for the event list page. Please see this page for some options:
