For my event registration, I have many radio button quetsions.
When go to the Edit Attendee Data screen, I see that some required questions have no value selected.
If I look in the database, I can see that the original answers are stored which is fine however, if I make a change and Update record, I lose the value stored in radio.
Any idea what may be causing this? It’s a pretty crucial part of the registration as that’s how attendees select their workshops and I can’t afford to lose that info.
Also I have an admin notes question for the person managing the conference to use. If they update that, the info will be lost.
Do you mind if we take a look at the admin? You can fill out the form here.
