What is the standard process for getting a quote on custom commissioned development?
Our client currently has a conference event that they want to to sell some additional perks with (ie: shuttle service, keynote dinner, lunch, etc) The price modifier beta add-on works perfectly for this.. BUT does not work in conjunction with the MER add-on, which is an even bigger requirement due to them allowing the registration of multiple attendees.

Also in addition to that they have different conference levels with different pricing as well as a variable dollar discount, so we need the Volume Discount Add-on to work more on an individual event level instead of globally across all events.

So we would like a separate and combined quote for:

Price Modifier Add-on being integrated into the Multiple Event Registration add-on
Volume Discounts Add-on being integrated at an individual Event level

if this is not the correct avenue for requesting this type of thing then please point me in the right direction, thanks.
