When your transaction enters quickbooks, does it go into an invoice, sales receipt? How does it record the transaction?

It uses the Quick Books Merchant Services (http://www.intuitpayments.com/QBMS?) which allows you to track transactions, create reports, and
?view statements online. You can also export the transaction records to excel. You’ll need to log into your qbms account on quickbooks site.

Hello…I appreciate the link…but I was hoping you could tell me how it integrates.. what it actually does… puts the item in as a sales receipt etc? Would you happen to know this information?
