Hi, how can I use a question to enable other ones? For example… If I insert a question “Do you want the envoice?”, if the attendee select YES I would like to enable all the question about the envoice (address, VAT number ecc…), otherwise if he select NO the field will be disable.
Do you have an option about this?
Thank you!
This is generally referred to as conditional questions. We do not have this feature at this time. However, it is on our road map to build for a future version of Event Espresso.
It’s not something that is built in, but I’ve helped people do it before using some jQuery: https://gist.github.com/sidharrell/8343222
In that example, the first dropdown is used to determine which options are available in the second dropdown. Your use-case is a little different. If none of your invoice information questions are required, I would use CSS display none on those questions on page load, and then if the radio button or checkbox is selected, change the CSS display to block, etc. If they are required questions, then you would have to remove the required class in addition to hiding them, put the required class back on them when displaying them, etc.
