I want to make a statement in the questions area, and have no boxes or text areas to fill in. Basically I want to ask a question that says “Have you completed the prerequisite?” Then I have two boxes to check with yes or no. After that I just want to make a statement that says “If you answered No to this question, you may not register for this class” without there being a field or box to check. Is this possible?
Thank you.

I’m not sure there is a way to do it without modifying the plugin, I would rephrase the question.

“I have completed the prerequisites” Checkbox for Yes.

OK, good suggestion. I just reworded the choices. Thank you!
