Questionmarks instead of Greek characters in PDF ticket

Hi everyone,

When I choose to download the PDF ticket, which is in Greek, questionmarks appear instead of the Greek characters. How do I change PDF encoding?

The same stands for the PDF invoice. Take a look at the address:

Hi Yannis,

This may or may not require a change to the encoding. We’ll need some specific information in order to troubleshoot the ticket issue. First, can you let us know which parts of the ticket aren’t rendering correctly? I ran a quick test with the standard ticket template and the customer name appears to render correctly. Here is a screenshot. Is that the case for you, or are you seeing something different? Also, are you using the stock template, and trying to translate via language files, or are you using a custom template that has all the text in Greek?
