Question Groups Not shown on registration page

    Not sure what I might be doing wrong here. For some reason I can not get the different question groups to show up on the registration page. I have added two groups and have three questions in each group and checked the box to “Show title on registration page” but I can not get the questions to show up??

    I have the groups Driver Information, In Case Of Emergency Contact and Car Info.

    Have you added the groups to the event in the event editor?
