Hello Patricia,

To create/customize a ticket, you need to go to Ticket Templates > Add New.

More info here: http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/#create-tickets

Patricia,

I apologize, but I must not be following you.
What “ticket” are you referring to? Are you wanting to modify a page on your site? If so, which page?

Hi,

when a participant signs up and pays…they will get an email with an eticket link that has a QR code to be scanned at the entrance.

I want to edit this eticket so that it has the content like name of the attendee, payment status, etc. Also remove the avatar icon/image.

QRcode is giving me numbers/code as the event name, attendee ID instead of the real “human language”.

Thanks Again.

Hello Patricia,

The QR code is not designed to be human read in this instance, it is designed to track the tickets via the mobile app.

You could potentially modify the add on to beautify the results, but it would be out of the remit of support.

Hi Dean,

Obviously am aware its not mean to be read by humans..
you have answered my que though..that its possible to modify the add on

thanks.
