Qr code and ticket shortcodes not working

    I have tested the email by choosing a child ticket which is free and the email was received, other short codes were correct, only the qr code and the ticket weren’t.  I followed the instructions step by step.  All other steps appeared to work well,

      Hi there,

      Is the ticketing add-on installed and activated? If not, you can install the ticketing add-on by following this guide:

        ticketing is installed and activated, I have gone through the steps in the link above but to no avail, thanks

        So are the ticket links and QR not appearing in the email or is the output wrong?

                    Hi there,

                    Sidney looked into this and it’s looking like it may be an issue with the theme. This can be ruled out by temporarily switching to the default WP theme, then resending an email and checking the email.

                    Hi Johnathan,
                    I did figure out what was causing the problem with the theme conflicting with the editor in EE. The visual editor is now working with the custom buttons that the theme is adding. I’m working on the qr and ticketing problem now.

                    There was a conflict between the ticketing add-on and one of the other plugins or the theme. I made a change to protect the ticketing add-on from the conflict. Everything should be working now.
