I have tested the email by choosing a child ticket which is free and the email was received, other short codes were correct, only the qr code and the ticket weren’t. I followed the instructions step by step. All other steps appeared to work well, | |

Hi there, Sidney looked into this and it’s looking like it may be an issue with the theme. This can be ruled out by temporarily switching to the default WP theme, then resending an email and checking the email. | |

There was a conflict between the ticketing add-on and one of the other plugins or the theme. I made a change to protect the ticketing add-on from the conflict. Everything should be working now. | |
