Once I created 4 test events, I installed QR App for Android.
I can not see any events from there (past, present or future). Is there somethign I’m doing wrong?

Thanks!

Make sure you have the mobile app api installed on the same server where WordPress is installed: http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/#services

Also, verify that you have the latest version of the mobile app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eventespresso.android&hl=en

Then follow the steps on the troubleshooting guide: http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-event-espresso/#ticketing

One more thing, make sure you have the latest version of Event Espresso installed.

All things checked without success:
1.- Enable the XML-RPC publishing protocol in WordPress>Settings>Writing
2.- Verify that the xmlrpc.php file is located in the same directory where WordPress is installed
3.- Verify that the espresso-services folder is uploaded into the root WordPress directory on the server
4.- Verify this directory’s permissions are set to 755
5.- Installed last EE core version (3.1.24.3)
6.- Last Android App installed (2.0.0)

What else I can do?

Make sure you have the current version of the mobile app api installed. This can be downloaded from your account page.

Sorry, but I can’t see any Mobile App API download link on my account page.

I sent you an email with the mobile app api. We’re looking into why some accounts do not have the download link.

I already had this folder and it’s files (and same version) and it’s not working.
There is a last think I want to try. My Android is and old version (2.1), but Google Play says it’s compatible with my phone. I want to try the same with an iPhone 4, and I’ll tell you something.

You could also try the newer version of the mobile app api (it should be on the account page now) There were a few recent changes.

I have already downloaded this version (2.0.6) and nothing has been fixed.
I’m going to try later with the iPhone app.
I’ll tell you something about later.
