Promotional Codes not loading

When you click on Promotional Codes it just says ‘loading’ and they never load.

Hello,

Are you seeing the same issue if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate only Event Espresso & addons?

Just tried and still same issue. Everything else shows fine, events, venues, etc…

ok…they show in Firefox, and not in Chrome

Hello,

I’ve just taken a look at a test site with all of the EE3 addons in Chrome and the promotional codes pages is loading:

Could you try a force refresh?

Also, are you running any extensions in your Chrome browser? If so, you may want to try temporarily toggling those off to see if that helps.

Just tried doing both and not showing. I tested it on another site in Chrome and they show. Its only this one site. But the other site is set up the exact same way…same plugins and all.

Hi Dorian,

Is it the same theme too? Another thing to check is to see if there are any JavaScript errors in the console when looking at the page in Firebug or Chrome’s web inspector.
