I’m supporting a website (WINS2012.com). Recently I’ve updated WordPress to version 3.4.1, and updated EventExpresso to Version 3.1.26.P.
None of the promotional codes work now. They all give the error “Sorry, that promotional code is invalid or expired.” When I go to edit an existing promo code (we have 22 of them currently), it does pull up the screen to edit the code. However when I click on the “update code” button it throws the error…

I tried to create a new code, which it does allow me to do, and it also does not give an error when I edit it. However when I go to the registration and attempt to use the code it just says “Sorry, that promotional code is invalid or expired.”
I’m befuddled at this point.

I have the same issue. Sorry if I am missing something, but the previous post was 10 days ago. Did you reply to her in person and not in the forum?
I just announced this code at a meeting and may be losing business by not having it work.

OK – It was my mistake. I had not turned checked off the codes to use in the events. Once I did that, all was good.

Have the events been assigned promo codes in the event editor?
