Hello, We have the promotional codes plugin installed in our event espresso and unfortunately, there’s a glitch. The promo codes are working, however, it is taking the discounted amount off of the final total instead of the subtotal. For example: the cost of an event is $65 plus HST = $73.45. We are offering $10 off that. So the total for the seat should come to $55 plus HST = $62.15 . Instead, the system is charging $65 + HST = $73.45 and then reducing that total by $10 to $63.45. Is there a way to fix this so it is legal? :) | |
