Hello,

Have you added a code in the Promotion code menu and also set the “Allow discount codes?” option to Yes in the event and ticked the promotional codes you want to use for that event? screenshot = http://d.pr/i/J0DL

What version of the plugin are you using?

How is the code not working: does it fail without an error, or is there an error present?

Are you trying to use the code on a standard registration page or via the cart (Multiple Event Registration)?

Do you have a link to your site where I can see the problem in action?

I added my coupon code on the site, but I can not visualize my promotional codes (discount code: masters2013 dl) on the page like your screenshot.

The code is used to order (multiple event registration)

Hi,

The screenshot was from the event editor screen. When you edit the event is that box not available on the right hand side?

Also, if you are using Multiple Event Registration please make sure that the setting “Allow discounts in the shopping cart?” is set to Yes in General settings and unless you are using the Volume discount add on, make sure that “Allow voucher codes in the shopping cart?” is set to No.
