Hi Guys,

If User X (Admin role) creates Event A, how can we get other EE role users able to create a promo code and apply it to Event A that was created by User X?

You would likely need to go in and remove where it checks for the user in the code that outputs the promo codes in the promo code box. The code that handles this is in promotions_box.php of the current version of the Event Espresso plugin starting around line 69.

Alternately, you can deactivate the Roles and Permissions add-on and it will have the same effect.
