Hey there, is there a way to track when a promo code has been used in the attendee payment profile? I’d like to to know how the promo codes are doing and how they are being used. Is this possible?

Hi Luis,

Yes, and there is more than one way to view Promo code usage:

1) From the Attendee reports screen, there’s a button that says “Filter: Show/Hide Columns”. You can click that button and check the “Coupon” box and a new column will appear that will display Promo codes that were used for each registration.

2) You can see which promo code was used by going to the “Edit Attendee Payment Record” screen. The Coupon Code field is just below the payment information.
