Is this possible to limit a one time use on a promo code per registered user?

We only have limits for quantities, not by user. So you can’t restrict the same code to be used multiple times but only once for each user.

If you really need this feature we might consider adding it if you can help with the cost (sponsored development), otherwise we’ll add it to our list of feature requests.

What do you mean “limit quantities’? how and where do you do that? and so I’m clear, you are saying that currently the software doesn’t allow redemption of promo codes once it’s been used by a user. So if I have a promo code “GTL100” and 100 users had this code, they would be able to reuse the code as it stands now?

Hello Luis,

You are correct. The promo codes are not limited by the number of uses. They are only limited in that a user can only use the promo code once.
