Hi, we’re using EE3 and Paypal. I have some clients who indicate they would like an invoice and then change their mind and phone with a credit card to use on Paypal. How do I go to their original registration and go into Paypal from there? Tonight I had to cancel those registrations and re-book these folks.
You can’t accept a payment through the WordPress admin directly. However, you could send a PayPal payment request (done through your PayPal account) to the members individually and then add that information to their payment record once the payment is received:
Wp-admin –> Event Espresso –> Event Overview –> Hover over the event name and then click on Attendees. From here click on the specific attendee and then click on the View/edit payment link.
