    Hi guys,

I still can’t get this app to run. My endpoint is my url correct?

    newyorkbroadwaytours.com

when I login to my account the url is actually

    http://thrilltheworldnyc.com/newyorkbroadwaytours/wp-admin

I have tried it both ways. I still can’t get it to work. :/

    Any ideas? Thanks!
    Amada

    Hello,

Is this a multisite installation? If so has EE been set up as network install or individually?

No. It’s just for my one site.

OK, and where did you add the services folder to? Was it

      http://thrilltheworldnyc.com/services

      or

      http://thrilltheworldnyc.com/newyorkbroadwaytours/services

If it is the latter then your end point will be http://thrilltheworldnyc.com/newyorkbroadwaytours/

Basically, the end point is the root of your site, where the services folder resides.

Thank you! I didn’t know I had to add a services folder. I did and it finally loaded. I saw it looking for a scan and I was hoping it would just list attendees names so we could check them off but now it’s just loading and fetching events and hasn’t stopped. :/ Does it load just attendee names so I can check them off without them having to print or show me any tickets? -AA

Did you upload the files into the services folder? Basically step 2 of these instructions.

        Hi,

The android app does not allow “manual” checking in, it needs a ticket to scan. The new iPad app does allow manual check in, and I believe though cant confirm right now, that we will be updating the iPhone and Android apps in the near future.
