The “Registration Checkout” page has two steps: Attendee Information and Payment Options.
After filling out the Attendee Information section, there is a big button labelled “Proceed to payment options,” but clicking it does nothing. When I inspect the page, I see that there is no link/url associated with the button.
In order to get to the payment options section, you have to click the little “edit” link to the right of that section. Try registering for this event to see what I mean:
I assume this is a bug, but I don’t really have time to wait for a new update. Which plugin file/function do I need to modify to fix this? It should be easy, just a matter of copying the code info surrounding the “edit” link to the “proceed to payment options” button.
Ok, I updated to 4.1.9.reg and am still experiencing the same issue. A little more information I have collected:
After filling out the Attendee Information section, the first time I click on the “proceed to payment options” button, the page resets. I think I see a “error, no form information found” type message flash at the top briefly, before the page resets and all the Attendee Information is cleared. If I fill the information out again, then clicking the “proceed” button will work. This happens in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE).
What I just described is a little different than what was happening before. At first, I had the event registration page requesting personal address information. Under that setup, the form wouldn’t clear and the “proceed to payment” button didn’t work no matter how many times you pressed it. I turned off the requirement to input address, etc. to register in order to simplify troubleshooting (less to fill out each time), and now behavior is as described in the above paragraph.
Ok, I didn’t deactivate the entire plugin, but I did disable it for the checkout page (don’t want it there anyway), and that appears to have done the trick.
Thanks for the help!
