I deleted an old logo and am trying to add a new one to a ticket template.

These are the steps I take:
1) click on ‘upload image’
2) select the image from the media library
3) click on ‘insert into post’

I am then taken back to the ‘manage ticket templates page’ but the image hasn’t been added.

Any ideas about how to solve this problem?

Hi Petra,

Does the image URL appear in the image URL field after you upload the photo?

Hi Josh,

There is no image URL field that appears. I would attach a screenshot but there doesn’t seem to be a facility to do that here.

Hi Petra,

The ticket logo uploader uses the standard WordPress media uploader, which should include all the standard fields.

Here’s a screenshot with the image URL field field outlined in green. If the field is empty, you can click the “File URL” button and it will automatically fill out the field.

While it’s true that we do not have a forum feature that lets you upload a screenshot, you can upload a screenshot onto your WordPress site, DropBox, or one of the many 3rd party screenshare services and post a link to the image.

Thanks Josh, that did the trick. I was not clicking on the ‘File URL’ button.

Could I suggest you incorporate that screenshot in your instructions on this page – https://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/

That step is missing in your current instructions and I would have saved alot of time if that step had been spelt out.

Hi Petra,

I have added that to my documentation to do list. Thanks for letting us know that it needed clarifying.
