Hi

I’m using the single event shortcode ([SINGLEEVENT single_event_id=”your_event_identifier”]) to display an event, the event displays correctly but when the form is submitted, they are redirected to the events list vs being redirected to the confirmation and payment pages.

As an alternative, I tried to use this format, but the same thing happens
[ESPRESSO_REG_PAGE event_id=55]

Hi Mariruth,

This is usually caused by the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode either on the wrong page (not setup within Event Espresso) or not visible.

If you go to Event Espresso -> System Status. Look under ‘Registration Pages’.

Are the links all green?

They are all green. The process works if they are clicking from the events list page or from the calendar, its only when a short code is used that it doesnt go through the whole confirmation and payment process.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Hi there,

I checked and it looks like the issue is from the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] page, which is:

https://tampamuseum.org/museum-events/event-list/

It’s set to use a custom page template named “Page – Events”.

I can advise setting the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] page to use the default page template to allow the registrations to process. Then you can create a new page that’s designed to list events and use the [EVENT_LIST] shortcode along with your custom “Page – Events” template.
