Problems with Mobile Registration

Hi
I’ve gotten a lot of complaints that users can’t register for events from their phone or ipads. They get as far as filling out the registrant’s name, but when they click “Submit” nothing happens. Is there a plug in or something that can make this more mobile-friendly?

Hi,

I tested this out on a couple of Android devices with no issues.

I will see if another support team member can test this on iOS as well.

Hi Sarah,

9 times out of 10 if the submit button on the registration form breaks it’s another plugin or the theme itself is running some code that’s breaking the form validation. Do you have an iOS device that you can test with? If so, you could try temporarily deactivating all other plugins to see if that narrows the cause of the issue.
