Hello!
I will scan the visitors at the entrance with HD app.
But I have trouble with logging in to my site.

I have no problem logging in with a cell phone, with Android 4.3.
I can not log in with a tablet with Android 4.0
I can not log in with an Ipad 7.1

However, I can login with all three units on your test drive.

I have installed the JSON API, and when I test it, it seems to work.

On the Ipad, I get the following error message: “Sorry, can not log in, Please update your credentials and try again”

On your tablet for me the following error message: “Not Authorized to That endpoint, Error cod 403”

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance
/ / Hans-Erik

Hi Hans-Erik,

I have no problem logging in with a cell phone, with Android 4.3.

I see you also have espresso-services installed on the site, so I’m assuming you are not using the HD version of the App on the cell phone?

I can not log in with a tablet with Android 4.0
I can not log in with an Ipad 7.1

Using the HD version on these devices?

The JSON API appears to be working correctly on your site, I can view the expected JSON output http://take.ms/RySlK

What endpoint are you inputting into the app for these devices?

Hey Tony!

I have only found one verision download.
In my cell phone, I use version 2.0
In my tablet, I use version 2.0
In my Ipad, I use 1.6.2

As endpoint / URL I use entreprenadlive.se on the mobile phone and tablet. On the iPad, I use http://www.entreprenadlive.se

Is it possible for you to create temporary log in details for me to investigate this?

If so could you send them via this form please: https://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Hi Hans-Erik,

Thank you for the log in details.

I had no issue using those and logged in using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and Nexus 7 1013 both on 4.4.2

I also tested using an iPhone 4 and did have issues using that, ‘Bad username password combination’

I tried multiple times using this checking I input the password correctly.

Then I tried logging into your site and found an error similar too:

Error: Too many failed attempts. Please try again in 17 minutes.

Are you using a plugin to limit the login attempts? If so can you temporarily disable that plugin and try logging in through your apps again please?

Hey Tony!

Thanks for your help.
Now everything works, on any device.
When I changed the user to “admin”, everything worked perfectly.

Thanks for the help
