Problem with support license key

    After a hacking and re-installing WP and getting my site back up, my EvEs plugin needs updating. I re-filled the settings including pasting my support license key directly from my EvEs account, but still getting rejected when i attempt updates of the plugin.

    I went ahead and reset your license key. Copy it from your account page into the general settings and save it.

      Sidney, my account shows the old license key and it says “not active”

        never mind! It seems to have worked anyways and allowed me to update my plugin on WP.

          Hi Zach,

          When we reset your license key it will still remain the same key, it will just not be tied into your domain any longer, allowing you to re-assign it (even if its to the same domain once again)

          Anyway, glad your sorted.

          Any other problems just let us know :)
