We have created 3 price options for an event. Regardless of which price is selected from the dropdown, the first price (default price?) is passed to the Verify Registration page. We are using Version 3.1.35P. Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

Hi,

The first thing I would do is to update to the latest version. I couldn’t see a related issue in our change log, but it is possible an update will resolve it.

If not can you please provide a link to an event where this is occurring so we can look at it in more depth?

Thanks for your prompt reply! We updated to the latest version of EE today and we are still experiencing this issue. You can see this here: http://www.gabrielli.org/events/?ee=13. I am happy to provide you with Admin access via private email.

Hi kstern,

The errors you are seeing indicate that there are out of date template files (from a prior version of Event Espresso) in the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/ directory. The template files that affect the registration page are:

/registration_page.php
and
/registration_page_display.php

If you have modified templates in there, they need to be updated to use the new template files included with the current version of the plugin.

If you haven’t made any modifications to the files in the /uploads/espresso/templates they can be removed. If you are not sure if there were modifications made to these files, you can back these up or rename that folder just in case.

You can automatically rename the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates folder by going to Event Espresso>Template Settings and clicking the “Rename templates directory” button near the bottom of the page.
