I have customers who added the event/events to their cart and when proceed to registration page before filling the form they clicked to go to payment page nd the software didn’t ask them to fill out the registration form. LUCKILY I had their paypal payment email and was able to transfer their names and emails to the attendee list. How can I set the plugin to ask them to fill registration form before proceeding to payment page. Ted

Hi Garth,
Yes they are all “required” if the customer click on “Submit” it asks for filling the form. But if the customer click on “Add to Cart” and then “View cart” and then “Finish Registration” the software does not ask for filling the form and takes the customer directly to payment page.
It sounds like one of the question groups that were included with Event Espresso (like the address group) may have been deleted. Can you verify whether this is the case?
