Price registering as free even when a price is set

Hi,

I have just bought the plugin and followed the documentation. I have set the price to $550.00. When I go to the registration page and register it is saying the ticket is free. How do I get it to register the price?

Hi Kerry,

Have you got WP user Integration (Members) add on active?

If so if you have not set a members price for the event it defaults to 0 (zero) and if you are logged in, you get shown the members price.

Either set a members price in the event or de-activate the WP User Integration addon.

If that add on is not installed (look for Members in the plugin list) then please advise.
