| April 1, 2013 at 12:02 pm My event price is $150.00 +13% HST, yet it is displaying like this: C $0.00 – C $0.00150.00 + 13.00% HST I suspect it might have to do with some code changes our programmer made due to the fact that our last event was free. We are running version 3.1.15 and don’t think it’s a good idea to upgrade right now as we are in the middle of registrations. Any help would be greatly appreciated! -

| April 1, 2013 at 2:40 pm It looks like the country has been changed to Canada. That would make the currency code display as C $ (Canadian Dollars). |

| April 1, 2013 at 3:34 pm Hi Sidney. That part is fine (we are actually in Canada). What i need help with is that it seems to be displaying a range ($0.00 to $150) instead of just the $150. And it also has 3 zeros in front of the $150. So it’s very confusing to someone trying to figure out the price. Any thoughts? |

| April 2, 2013 at 1:16 pm Hi Juan, Event Espresso 3.1.15.P was released over 15 months ago and we generally only support current releases. When Event Espresso 3.1.15.P was released, I don’t remember this being an issue, so it’s more than likely something your programmer changed. You could ask them to change things back to how they were before. |
