premium user not able to login

    I am a paid user but not able to login. Here’s the error message:

    “503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
    Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
    Please contact Support if you need assistance.”

    Our username is “wealthmentors”

    Hello Jacqueline,

    Are you still having this problem? If so, are you logging into the site at different computers?

      Yes I am still having the same problem with the same computer. As this is a corporate account, not sure if my other colleague has tried to access before. But I am the main user.

      Can you try to login now with your wealthmentors user id and let me know if it is working?

        It’s working now. Thank you.

        Will this happen again if my colleague and I try to get in from different IPs?

        Possibly. It is something built into the s2member plugin we are using on our site. We don’t have a whole lot of control over this, but it is helpful for stopping brute force hacking attempts.
