Which WordPress Themes are compatible? Is there a list?
I need any ticket personalized (name, address, phone, ect.) – Is this possible?

I need different price groups to an event (1-3 Tickets: Price x, 4-6 Tickets: Price xy …) – is this possible?

(Iwant to have the newest WordPress Version, my site is not online)

HI Wiebke,

How are you today?

We don’t recommend specific themes, but we do recommend most themes from companies like iThemes, WooThemes, Studiopress.

We don’t have tiered pricing, but we do have a volume discount tool that will offer discounts to those who have a certain number of tickets or events in their cart.

Well, we don’t recommend themes from Theme Forest because they are generally lower quality and they will cause you problems.

Yes, you can personalize your ticket (yourself) or we can do it for you for a fee: http://staging.eventespresso.com/product/custom-ticket-design/

Hello,

thank you for your quick response here. However, I don’t think that I explained myself clear in the first place though. I already figured out how to design the tickets according to the customer’s corporate design. What I also need it to personalize each ticket to its buyer. That means each sold ticket shall include the name of the person who bought it. The owner of the ticket doesn’t necessarily need to be written on the ticket but at least be saved in the back end of the system.

Hi Wiebke,

Yes, you can use a shortcode in templates to output the name of the individual on the ticket AND each ticket is assigned to a certain individual. The ticket can only be used once or multiple times if they purchased multiple tickets under the same name.

Does that help?

Yes!

And now the last question: Is it possible that the customer can only pay with kreditcard?

Hello,

Yes. This will be determined by which payment gateway used. If you only activate a credit card gateway, it will give the user only that option for payment.

I think you can accept credit cards with all the payment gateways available in Event Espresso. You do not have to enable the check/PO/bank transfer payment options if you don’t want to.

Thanks a lot!

I´m about to use the Theme:  Nevada Responive Multi-Purpose Theme from Themeforest

– is it compatible? What do you reckon?

Hello,

It is difficult to say if a theme will be compatible, we try hard to make our plugins as WordPress standard as possible but of course due to the nature of open source software, another developer may or may not follow those guidelines.

In short, we cant answer your question, as it isn’t a theme noted on our Known Conflicts page.
