Hello again,

Let’s say I install EE3 on my test site. We want to use Paypal Standard as the gateway. Is EE3 like the EE4 demo–does it have a test mode? Also, I’m assuming the EE4 test mode will allow for fake transactions, correct?

I am building the site on a different server and will test it there so I want to have everything in place before moving it to the client’s server.

Hi Michael,

The EE3 Paypal gateway also includes ‘Sandbox mode’ like EE4, which will allow you to test transactions using Paypal Sandbox. You’ll need to signup to sandbox and use your credentials to test out the transactions. More information is available here:
