Hi – three pre-sales questions.

We sell gift certificates. Say someone buys one for $100 – and uses it for a class that only costs $50 – is there a way to track that the gift card has $50 left on it?

Is there a way to transfer someone from one class into another via the administrator panel?

Can a person’s transaction history be tracked, e.g., this person took class A, class B and class F?

Many thanks.

Hi Marla,

How are you today?

Currently we do not have any of those functions. However, in soon-to-be future versions the option to transfer someone from one class to another and the attendee transaction history will be added.

Keep in touch though about that progress or subscribe to our newsletter (at the bottom of the site).

Hi Garth, thanks for the update. I will be sure to subscribe to the newsletter.

When you say, soon-to-be, what time frame might that be? A month? Six months? A year?

Hi Marla,

It’s difficult to give hard timeframes on these things, but we are hoping to have a beta version of 3.2 out in the next few months if everything goes to plan.
