1 – I run a studio where we have set class times for different kind of classes. I need a registered user to register for any set of class times for a specific class. Once registered, I need the user to show as registered for that class and the specific times he or she chose indefinitely. Our classes do not have end dates…so this needs to not force me to provide a date limit on the “course”. They run indefinitely. For example, class 1 runs on mon/wed/sat at 7/7/9 respectively. The user needs to be able to register for mon at 7 and sat at 9. Once registered, the user is in the schedule for all future mon and sat indefinitely.

Yes. This is possible. You’d need the Recurring Events Manager addon that is included in the Business License. We have documentation on how to set this up. Just ask in the forums when you are ready.

2 – Using the above example, the user can register for a random thu at 7 slot within the course for that one thu. Also, the user can logon and remove him or herself from one particular mon or sat if he or she can’t show up.

Yes. We have a shortcode where you can display a logged in user’s events. They can then cancel their registration from that page. This is done with the WP User Integration Addon that is also included in the Business License.

3 – I need the option to hide registered users from each other for a class to protect the privacy of each user. I also need to be able to mask any counts of number of participants.

Registered attendees won’t be able to see who is attending, unless you use a shortcode on a page to display a list of registered attendees. Also, with some simple code (CSS) changes you can remove the attendee numbers from the pages.

4 – I need to only allow certain WP registered users on the site to be able to register for certain classes that are private only.

This is possible. However, you will need a membership plugin like s2member in order to restrict access to certain pages.
