Hello,

We’ve had a look at the test drive for Event Espresso and we are interested but would like to clarify the waiting list functionality if possible

Would you say that the following is a correct depiction of how it works:

Main event is full
Join Waiting List button is now enabled
Join waiting list allows people to register for the overflow event
If a registrant in the main event is deleted, first person on the overflow event is automatically moved to the main event
Confirmation email from thew main event is sent to the person who is no longer on the waiting list

Additionally, would it be possible to offer alternative overflow events instead of a single one?

Finally, I can see that you offer non-profit discounts, does this extend to educational institutions too?

Yes that registration flow is correct. At this time, you can only specify a single overflow event.
