All past events and attendees are stored in the database.
We have a shortcode that can be added to an event description, a post or a page that will list the attendees – all of them or by specific event id.
Can you please explain how you RSVP works – is it before the event to generate interest or just a general reminder that the event is starting or they haven’t paid?
Regarding speakers, yes you can add speakers as separate individuals and list them in the event itself or via shortcode on a post/page.
The staff/speakers are only available in the premium version. You can display staff individually or list them by event (it will list the staff/speakers assigned to the event). We actually don’t have a list all shortcode, but you could use multiple single shortcodes.
Regarding the event list and single registration page, yes you can modify the templates, but you will need some PHP knowledge to do so.
