I’m using WP3.8, new installation of Event Espresso, version 3.1.36.1.P. Site is http://www.integratedrhythms.org. Is it possible for me (the website designer) to receive notice when a new person registers for an event? Would this happen if I added myself as a Staff Manager? Currently registration notices are sent to the owner of this organization (Integrated Rhythms Dance Studio). The reason I need this is because I have a page called Class Registration / Info, and will need to update it whenever a class becomes full. Thanks!
I just discovered how to do this, and posting the solution for the benefit of others in this forum. When you create a new event, look in the right column for “Alternative Email Address” (optional): Add an alternative email to send admin notifications to. This can be a comma separated list and include the admin email. That’s what I wasn’t sure about, and wanted to make sure the owner and I would both get notifications.
