We upgraded to a business license last week, and our site key has not worked (even after a reset), our plugin is not updating even though WordPress says it needs to (it says the update isn’t available), and our Event Overview page comes up blank even though we have three active events and 20+ events that have already occurred. Can someone please help?

We did the upgrade to the business account about one week ago. We are running WordPress 3.5.1, Event Espresso 3.1.30.4P.

Hi,

How are you today?

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

In the Event Overview, make sure you’re filtering for the right status of event OR filter for “All Events”: http://www.screencast.com/t/uaJQk7RIdwve

Ok, so I got the Event Overview to work and I re-entered the Site Key as per your instructions. I updated the plugin and it worked (I think!).

Thanks for your help, much appreciated!

Whoa, but now all of my inactive/past events have disappeared! Is that supposed to happen?

Hi there,

You can view inactive/past events by changing the event overview filters from Active/Ongoing events to All (Active/Inactive)
