Pluggable CSV Importer?

I’m using the CSV importer, but I have a client with some unique needs that are not addressed by the plugin, requiring additional PHP code. Is there a way to make the CSV importer pluggable, so I can upload my own CSV importer to the uploads/espresso directory?

Those are not currently pluggable functions. You may want to just create it as a separate add-on that adds another sub-menu to the EE menu.
