But when I do Event Options > Additional Attendee Registration info? > No Info Required, all the additional attendees still have the personal information fields listed underneath them. Some of the additional attendees may be children and therefore won’t have email addresses. Any thoughts as to why the personal information fields are still being listed?
Nevermind. I see what I did, but it’s still not solving the issue of being able to work around the email for kids. I’m guessing that is something that can’t be done in order for the plugin to function properly?
Sorry for the confusion with this issue. But I was wondering if I could add a data mask to the email field as a a way of letting parents know to just enter their email for the child? If so, where would I add the mask?
There’s no way to add a data mask as such, but you could use a few options.
Edit the Email question, to read “Email (parent email only)” or similar
Add a note in the event description explaining it
Add a description to the Personal Information question group to explain that the email just needs to be the parents.
