I bought Permissions Pro when all of the modules were sold individually and not bundled together as they now are. I’m a small business rather than a developer and so when I renewed my last licence permissions pro (and the ability to update it) was not included. Anyhow, I recently had a member of staff leave (who had been set up as a Regional Manager). When he left I deleted him as a user and now since then, none of the other users who are EE Regional Managers can sign in to the back end of the website. Is there a simple fix for this? Thanks Ged |
Hi, Roles and Permissions Pro can be purchased separately – http://staging.eventespresso.com/product/espresso-permissions-pro/ What version of Event Espresso, Roles and Permissions Basic, Roles and Permissions Pro and WordPress are you using please? |

Hi There Wordpress: 3.8.1 Event Espresso – Roles and Permissions Pro Version 2.0.6 If that helps? Ged |
Hi, Thanks for the clarification. I have run a few tests on this and I am not seeing the same issue. Is it just Regional managers who cannot log in? Are there any errors showing? Do they get redirected or is it just rejecting the login details? Do you have any plugins or code that change the login process away from the WordPress default? |

Hi It’s only the Regional Managers as far as I am aware, the only other person signing in is me – the Super Admin. The login is the usual http://www.whatever.com/wp-admin When they try to log in, the get a message saying they are not permitted access. Not that their username / password or wrong. Thanks Ged |
Hi, Are the Event Espresso core plugin and the add on plugins network activated? EE does not formally integrate with multisite installations, so whilst customers have got it to work on multisite it is not something we support. The main issue we see is that the plugin/s are network activated. Users have had success with activating them per site, but as mentioned the plugin/s are not designed for multisite. |

Ok, I’m not that technical! If you are asking if it is installed on multiple sites then no. It’s just the one and all users are on the same site. If that helps! |
Hi, Does disabling Event Espresso allow them to log in? If so, then it is a possible issue with Event Espresso on multisite. You can double check to see if the plugin is network activated or not, and if it is reinstall as single site activated, to see if that helps. As we do not support multisite we would require purchase of a priority support token to investigate the matter further. |
