Pdf Invoice has numerous errors

When a user has registered and paid for an event they get a confirmation email which contains a pdf invoice. However in the pdf its says ‘Pay Online’. This should not be because they have already paid that invoice. I can be very confusing for the user. How do I remove that. Also there are some html <br/> tags showing on either side of the city and country in the upper left of the pdf. There are a few other things wrong with the pdf. How do I edit the content of the pdf.

Hi,

1) Pay Online – This is not currently translatable (which would be my first recommendation) so you would need to edit the PDF template (see 3 below)

2) BR tags – head over to the Payment Settings, find the Invoice option and you can remove those tags there.

3) To edit the PDF template you would need to edit a PHP file, in this case gateways/invoice/template.php. I would recommend copying the entire invoice folder over to the wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways/ in order to preserve changes made when the plugin is updated.
